How can I stay updated on job opportunities with Regal?

The best way is to become a Regal Insider. Regal Insiders are simply people who might want to work for Regal someday… now, tomorrow or sometime down the road. It’s like a special membership for people who want to stay in touch with us, learn more about our culture, know what’s happening at our company, get special insider perspectives and receive team-specific updates from the areas you’re most interested in. There is no better way to stay in-the-know and for us to get to know each other than by becoming an Insider. 

What are the steps of the recruiting process?

Generally speaking, here are the steps to become part of the Regal family:

  1. Submit your resume to
  2. The recruiting team will review your resume with the hiring team and will email you to let you know if you’ll be moving forward in the process
  3. Applicants we’d like to get to know further are invited to participate in the interview process, which may include some or all of the following: phone interviews, virtual interviews, testing, onsite interviews
  4. Those selected are sent an offer letter and new hire information

New Regal Team Members are scheduled for new hire training and your new adventure begins

How should I dress for my interviews?


We are a pretty casual group. In fact we don’t even have an official dress code. Instead we encourage you to be yourself and wear whatever you’re comfortable in. Jeans, dresses, skirts, slacks – whatever you like is fine with us.
