What kind of jobs are available?

We have multiple positions available from entry level boat building to specialized careers! We believe you can find one that is the perfect fit for you! Check out our current listings here.


Can I apply for more than one position?

If you feel your skill sets meet different positions we are recruiting for, absolutely!


What are the working hours? 

We have a few different shifts available, but most shifts start at 5:00 AM, but will depend on the position.

How much is the starting pay?

Our pay starts at $15.00 per hour with an awesome increased pay structure built in within your first year!  You could make up to $40,000 within your first year of employment.


Do you have overtime hours? 

While we never guarantee overtime, we generally have an opportunity to score overtime hours!


Will I have to work weekends? 

Good news! We do not require weekend work. At times, you may be asked to work on a Saturday, but on a volunteer basis, depending on our production schedule.


Do I need to have experience?

Many of our entry-level positions do not require experience.  We have a training program to help you become successful within your role.


How much vacation do you offer?

Our Paid Time Off plan is based on tenure, but in your first year you earn 72 hours of paid time off.

What are the next steps after I submit my application?

Our recruitment team will review your application and if you meet the qualifications for the position, you should hear from someone within a few days from the time you submit your application.
